Here lies Restless Bee 2.0. Perhaps you are thinking, “Oh, then the current site must be Restless Bee 3.0?” No, it is not. It is 1.0. This is a new site design I worked on throughout winter and spring of 2009, and then scuttled with the arrival of summer. I did the majority of the design and production work in February, then got really busy with client work for a month, and when I came back to put the finishing touches on it, decided I was sick of it and ready to start over. (Hey, it says in the title I am restless, OK?) So, coming soon: Restless Bee 3.0, when I have recovered enough from this ordeal to once again take on the ultimate nightmare client: myself. In the meantime, here are screens from the never-launched version that I wistfully think of as “The Lil Bee Who Never Flew.”
